Who can use it? This service is open to your whole household—including your partner, siblings, parents, and legal dependants (aged 16+) living with you. It also covers your children aged 18 to 24 who live away from home in full-time UK education.

Skip the waiting room. Book phone or video appointments with registered GPs 24/7, 365 days a year (with actual appointments available between 7am and 10pm). This includes private prescriptions, fit notes, private referrals, and up to two second medical opinions per person, per year.
3. Free Virtual Physiotherapy
Take control of your recovery from home with fully qualified, regulated physiotherapists. Ideal for everyday joint, bone, or soft tissue pain.
